In practice · Conversation intelligence
Northline’s call illustrates the boundary between generated assistance and an operator-approved CRM record.
Story 02 · intended outcome
A sample call is associated with the Northline lead. Its transcript and generated summary help the representative find facts, but a person reviews the context before persisting a note, contact correction or FollowUpDate.
The review path
Confirm the caller, lead association and recording/transcription status before using generated content.
Compare the summary to the relevant transcript passages. Treat both as business context, not as a command to mutate records.
Confirm Avery Chen belongs to Northline before adding or correcting a contact. Similar names and phone numbers need operator judgment.
Write the verified request into the lead’s note history. The durable note—not the model output—is the shared operating record.
Set FollowUpDate on the note for the agreed response. Feeding Frenzy uses follow-up notes and lead queues rather than a separate source-proven universal task object.
Check the note, contact and next follow-up on the lead detail and in the intended representative queue.

Review before action
Use the recording and known customer record; do not fill missing words with an invented promise.
Leave the contact unchanged and assign a human follow-up.
Persist only the verified facts and record the discrepancy for review.
Do not create a misleading FollowUpDate merely to clear a queue.
