The service

Launch is a checkpoint. The work continues.

One accountable team discovers the real requirement, delivers the initial implementation, operates the agreed system boundary and carries improvement capacity forward.

A concrete cadence

Discovery, delivery, operation and change are connected.

  1. Discover the operating truth

Map buyers, staff roles, records, business rules, integrations, exceptions and success measures. Separate current facts from desired behavior.

  2. Shape the first release

Choose the foundation capabilities, configuration, migration and bespoke work needed for a useful initial operating slice. Define acceptance examples and external dependencies.

  3. Deliver in reviewable batches

Implement against owning contracts; demonstrate progress with scoped diffs, tests, configured environments and updated instructions.

  4. Prepare people and operations

Agree deployment responsibilities, access, monitoring, support paths, data handling and operator guidance for the selected installation.

  5. Run and observe

Keep the system within its agreed operating boundary, investigate defects from evidence and distinguish incidents from requested changes.

  6. Improve deliberately

Prioritize the next outcome, repeat the change path and preserve release and documentation evidence. Capacity and cadence are agreed for the engagement rather than implied as unlimited.

Who owns what

Accountability without invented contract terms.

Your business team

  • Sets priorities and explains business rules.
  • Provides timely subject-matter review and approved test examples.
  • Controls decisions, accounts and providers that remain client responsibilities.
  • Accepts the intended operating result.

The delivery team

  • Owns the scoped engineering method and software changes.
  • Makes configuration, bespoke and external boundaries explicit.
  • Validates, releases and documents agreed work.
  • Operates and supports only the responsibilities defined for the engagement.

Agreement required: commercial structure, service hours, response targets, data/code ownership, third-party costs, exit assistance and exact operating responsibilities belong in the actual engagement documents. This page does not invent them.
