Matt Furnari’s enterprise commerce work led from RooTrax, through Microsoft Commerce Server replacement, into Feeding Frenzy and the Buffaly-assisted delivery model behind Cloud Commerce Server.
The origin
Enterprise requirements came first.
RooTrax
Matt built RooTrax through real B2B and B2C commerce programs where negotiated sales, customer-specific rules, operational integrations and long system lifecycles mattered. The work included replacing Microsoft Commerce Server rather than merely reskinning it.
Feeding Frenzy
That commerce depth grew into a broader customer-operation system: CRM records, conversations, follow-up, catalog, quotes, checkout, subscriptions, inventory, vendors and automation connected around the business.
What changed
Buffaly makes sustained custom delivery more practical.
Buffaly gives the team a stronger way to inspect systems, carry business context, implement scoped work, test contracts and maintain documentation. It does not remove engineering responsibility. It increases the amount of careful, evidence-backed change a focused team can deliver.
